Article requirements

Conference proceedings will be published in the scientific electronic library eLibrary.ru, registered in the Russian National Index of Scientific Citations and published online at www.rft21.ifmo.ruas a pdf.

The materials must meet the following requirements to be published:

Conference papers will be accepted for publication till June 15, 2017 (no more than four pages, two pictures and two tables). Please include your name in the name of the file.

Working languages: Russia, English

Articles must fit A4 paper format and be types in Times New Roman (12), 1,25 tab, 2,0 top and bottom margins, left margin – 3,0, right margin – 2,0, single spaced, justified, portrait view.

  • Name of the paper: In capital letters, Times New Roman (14), bold, space after the line.
  • Authors: Times New Roman (12), bold, space after the line.
  • Organization, city, country: Times New Roman (12), regular (not bold), space after the line.
  • Email: Times New Roman (12), bold, two spaces after the line before text.
  • Tables: Text in tables is no smaller than 10 pts. The table must be separated from text with an empty line on top and at the bottom. All tables in the text must be referenced. Tables must be marked “Table” and numerated with Arabic figures. Designation and the serial number of the table (without a period) are aligned to the right, the name of the table on the next line is aligned to the center.
  • Illustrations: Any graphics materials (drawings, schemas, diagrams, etc.) are marked with Arabic figures. Designation is placed on the next line under the illustration and aligned to the center (Times New Roman, 10). Vector images, including those created in Microsoft Word, are not acceptable.
  • Formula parameters: Formulas must be entered in the formal editor of Microsoft Word and must be placed in a separate line separated from the rest of the text with one empty line on top and on the bottom. Description must be placed directly under the formula. Formals must be numbered with Arabic figures in round brackets.

Transforming formulas into a picture format is not acceptable.

  • Bibliography: Placed at the end of the text. Each title is numbered, Times New Roman (11), justified.

Annotations to the article: The following information must be provided as a separate file in Russian and English:

  • Name of the article
  • Names of the authors
  • Author credentials (PhD,etc).
  • Current employment (place of study)
  • Email of all authors
  • Addresses of authors’ organizations, including zip codes
  • Key words
  • An abstract between 130 and 200 words.

Articles must be printer ready.
